DGScreen has used DIGITAL SIGNAGE EXPO 2011 to launch its services in Europe. The company provides cloud-based digital signage systems aimed primarily at small or medium businesses.
 
The cloud-based solution is a combined hardware/software solution offered as a Software as a Service model for a monthly fee. It is designed for businesses which might otherwise be put off investing in digital signage because of the high start up and operating cost.
 
The system incorporates content creation, editing and hosting, screen management, advanced scheduling, user management, and real time monitoring and reporting.
 
The company’s Live TV broadcast processing enables businesses that feature live tv in their premises to turn these screens into their own private advertising channels. The ability to overlay live TV broadcasts with targeted messaging and semi-transparent ads offers the opportunity to expand brand awareness, deliver effective communications to a target audience and generate incremental revenue through the sale of 3rd party advertising
