New DS Media Player

Advantech and Dise have pooled their collective hardware and software expertise to develop a new digital signage media player. In addition to use in digital signage, the ARK-DS520 media player is also suitable for self-service kiosks and other graphics-centric applications.
 
It is powered by an Intel Atom D525 dual-core processor with integrated Nvidia GT218 graphic module for Full HD playback. There is also a fanless option, based on the Intel Atom N455 single-core processor. The player features a rich combination of video output interfaces for dual display, which are highly expandable via the internal Mini PCIe interface.
 
Dise and Advantech will jointly present their latest project at Advantech’s World Partner Conference from October 27th until 29th 2011 in Taipei, Taiwan.
