Since the beginning of 2008, L’TUR, one of Europe’s leading providers of last-minute travel, has been advertising using digital signage systems in 165 of its stores. Animated presentations announce the latest travel offers daily across their network of 380 screens. An integral element of the advertising campaign is the ‘friendlyway composer 7’ digital signage software, which controls, monitors and updates the screens.
 
As the pricing structure varies greatly from store to store, because of specific regional offers, it was essential that a way was found of distributing content to different assigned target groups. The scheduling system friendlyway provides ensures that the different content can be distributed to the correct screens in real time. The timing of the content, and its distribution, are controlled by L’TUR’s internal network.
