EuroCIS 2010 takes place from the 2nd to 4th March 2010 in halls 13 and 14 of the Düsseldorf fairgrounds, Germany. Areas of discussion this year will be optimisation of cashless payments, improving customer service at the POS, intelligent security systems, energy efficient IT systems and digital in-store communication.
 
Specific topics at the Forum will include EPOS and checkout solutions, payment systems, customer loyalty systems, merchandising management, mobile and wireless solutions, digital signage, reverse vending and green IT.What was the DigitalSignage@Retail corner last year has been relabeled ‘communication@retail’ for the 2010 show to reflect the wider cross-section of solutions for in-store marketing at the POS.
 
EuroCIS 2010 is open to trade visitors daily from 10am to 6pm. A day-ticket costs 20 Euro; a two-day ticket is 35 Euro. All admission tickets cover free outward and return travel on local public transport operated by the Rhine-Ruhr Transport Authority (VRR).
