Preview: Digital Signage at ISE 2010

ISE has announced a Digital Signage Expert Showcase for the 2010 event, which takes place at the Amsterdam RAI, from the 2nd to the 4th February 2010.
 
This will be located next to the digital signage area of hall 10 and will show visitors a complete signage system, with content creation, management, delivery and display solutions from a range of vendors.
 
Next to this Showcase there will also be a real-time demonstration of the "RAI Live!" digital signage network, which was recently installed throughout the exhibition centre. ISE will use the digital signage extensively to promote features of the show and educational sessions, as well as for wayfinding.
 
Ronni Guggenheim, CEO of Minicom Digital Signage, comments, "While the Showcase will show the eco-system of digital signage vendors, the ‘RAI Live!’ demo will see that being translated into a practical application that is proven to drive traffic and produce ROI for its customers. After that, attendees will be able to get more information about the industry from the OVAB Europe booth. We believe this is a unique combination that will have widespread appeal to the ISE visitor base.”
 
OVAB Europe will be present at ISE to introduce visitors to their association for the outdoor advertising industry, which aims to drive the growth of the digital signage sector by promoting the adoption of standards that are comparable to those used by traditional media. OVAB Europe will provide a tour of the digital signage at ISE.
