Memedia
Memedia has integrated audio management tool into their digital signage software “miX-L”.

The new tool allows a playback of an additional standard audio source such as a radio, CD or MP3 player, which are controlled by the volume and Devices miX-L Player.

The audio signal can be automatically interrupted when the player is to play a movie or trailer with sound which means that a constant sound is guaranteed. TV trailers can, though, still be played with sound, without creating a sound interference. Even for video-IN devices the audio source can be specified explicitly.

The miX-L software supports the complete Internet Explorer software. Common programming language such as HTML, Java Script, PHP, etc, interactive content can be deployed so that kiosk systems and digital signage ones can be combined. Existing web applications can therefore be used directly without any major difficulties. The simple handling and the high flexibility of the web applications eliminate any entry barriers and allow the cost saving and effective secondary use of interactive web content.

One Example is the “BBbox“by arvato digital services. The “BBbox” allows combining digital signage content with the product browser technology of arvato digital services.

“Elaborate product presentations and complex services and service products can be differentiated and experienced targeted from customers and interested parties” says Andreas Müller, Business Development & Sales Media Network of arvato digital services.
