Cayin's Digital Signage System Certification
This certification course provided unified technical support of Cayin's digital signage solution and enabled channel partners in Taiwan to provide professional product consultations and quality after-sales services.
In this five-day course, Cayin provided intensive training, including comprehensive introduction of product functions, multimedia and network knowledge, frequently asked questions from customers, and basic troubleshooting. The training will enable channel partners to raise customers’ satisfaction level and develop digital signage practice faster. After attending the class, these dedicated digital signage professionals passed both written and performance-based exams and received their certificates.
